This Myrrh is steam distilled, which makes it easier to use than the very thick and sticky absolute version. Steam distilled Myrrh is still a thick oil, so we advise to remove the internal dropper before use. It has a warm, slightly musty smell. Used for spiritual connection, menstrual issues, skin ailments, and to reduce excess mucus.
